“We’re really excited to be launching our new stencilling brand Fab Dab Do at this wonderful festival,” said Amanda Litster, Managing Director of parent company Splatter Make. “Our goal is not onlyto encourage young people to be creative, but to give them the confidence to produce a cool T-Shirt or sweatshirt that they’ll love to wear! We hope they’ll be inspired to upcycle, and bring their unloved T-shirts back to life. The kit is not just a one-use wonder – there are lots of inventive and fun ideas to keep the creativity flowing, with long-lasting stencils and plenty of paint in the Fab Dabbers too! We’re really looking forward to people coming to our stand to have a go.”
The basic kit is available in eight themes that children love: Llama, Flamingos, Dragons, Mermaids, Orangutan, Turtle, Robot, and not forgetting the ever-popular Unicorn. The box design is even printed so that it can be coloured in, which is great for concentration and wellbeing. It contains a notebook to develop ideas and stories around the characters, a T-shirt, themed stencils, tape, detail pen and unique fabric paint dabbers. The dabbers have been specially developed to make stencilling as easy and mess-free as possible – an added advantage for busy parents who’d like to avoid lots of clearing up.
